When our customers have to say why they use bluecollar of staff, it is often the same benefits they highlight. They say that our ability to obtain qualified employees - and not least the flexibility of employees - is a big advantage for them. Often, our customers have either had problems finding the appropriate labor or they have no time or resources to do it. We have the skills and time - and therefore we make a big difference to our customers. The main motive for using Eastern European labor is the largest share of the companies `lack of qualified Danish labor`.
